Ending light

Playing with taking a photo converted into an abstract, this photo is about taking a sharp photo which may seem abstract because of it's content. Does the photo seem empty, or is it full? For me the picture leaves space for dreaming, and considering that today is New Year's eve, I thought it's a fine way to end 2012 and start 2013.

It looks like a clean slate to me. Perfect, like you say, for ending one year and starting the next. I'm enjoying your blog and cheers for your comment.
Happy New Year....

A dream of the sky being the limit. Beautiful. Not empty, full of potential.

Thorston Overgaard (one of my phtographic heroes) talks about the importance of space in a photo. You have captured that here! I think this is absolutely teeming and full with life - like the desert :-)

Kind of looks like a desert...
