Looking at photos from indicated international journalists, I noticed that some use blurring to add a note of drama to their photos. So, of course, I could not resist trying it out myself. What do you think, does this look dramatic and stormy?
It's a nice abstract composition. The balance between the whites and reds keep your eyes within the frame, even though there's a lot of movement in the scene.
It does look like an abtract painting although in what / whose style I've no idea. For me taking a picture of rain through glass always conjures up a good wet watery day.
I like the architecture and the colors. At the same time I could say this looks like an abstract type of artwork. Very interesting. There are different ways of seeing it and interpreting the images.

It is abstract, like you are trying to hide the specific location.
