Winter

Living in London, weather, as much as change of season, is an ongoing theme. Going back to the same part of the park where I took a picture the other week, I thought that this stretch allows me to follow up on the changes we go through in this part of the world, and to catch the different mood, colours, light and shades.

It looks both somber and peaceful to me.

Your photography is beautiful. That same stretch of road or sidewalk was eye catching when you put the picture in with the grass. This is equally exquisite but has that "drawing inward" that we feel with winter. Soon spring will burst forth and then there is that expanding feeling with a rebirth of nature. Put in another spring picture.... when the time comes. ha

A superb composition - the path leads the eye through those wispy branches of winter to the people and beyond...even though the weather looks cold, the photos exudes warmth!

Well done.

And re your comment - yes, it is the Stone Creek Golf Course.

It's a lovely stretch of parkland, particularly in the snow.

And here it is, the opening scene. Wonderful park you have so nearby to enjoy.
