From above

Continuing to explore the perspective of looking down and trying to catch the intricate differences in texture and detail. This is a perspective of landscape photography I've grown most fascinated with and would love to explore further. Guess I need to make friends with a pilot who'd allow me to come along ...

Looking down on mountains that way makes me wonder why we puny humans think so much of ourselves. Your perspectives remind me of thought perspectives.

I'm forever shooting out of airplane windows when we're traveling ... too bad those plexiglas portals are not the best to shoot through. This one reminds me of the scenery in the Andes as we flew from Lima to Peru. I felt so small in the face of such majesty of Mother Nature.
