Light

This is one of my experiments of taking a 'close up'. Sitting in my garden, with the light just in the right spot, I could not resist this one. For me insects and flowers have a kind of fascination I find hard to explain and fun to take photos of.

I enjoy photographing flowers (never have much luck with insects) mostly because of the extraordinary variety in colors and shapes AND because they don't appear to mind you photographing them. :-)

What a great picture!
The colours and actually getting the beats to pose work well. So difficult to catch one in the right place. Super shot.

Maybe it's because it would be so much fun to us to have flowers as a workplace! It is a beautiful study.
